One about traveling the way I do is that I stay in one place for a month or several months. Unlike quick travel, where you find yourself trying to maximize your time wherever you are, slow travel is more like living in one place. There is plenty of time for everything. The only thing I worry about is if I will get down to my last week or two in Cuenca and find myself rushing around trying to catch up on all the touristy things to do in the city. Of course even then I will not be able to do any of the high ticket things, like Amazon tours or going to the Galapagos, this year due to budget constraints.
As things are now, I have plenty of time to work on my blog, write my novels, and still have time to read, listen to podcast, and jump down the YouTube rabbit hole. I am reading some very interesting books right now. I was thinking about reviewing them through normal channels, but I decided that I would rather review the books here on my own website. Ever since limiting putting my content on Facebook I realized that I need to keep control of my other content, like book and product reviews.
I am putting a section into the website which will provide a link to novels I have written, reviews of books I have read, as well posts about the place books have in my life.
